Our Team of Psychotherapists

Psychotherapy

Mitchell Private Therapy is a practice of UK registered, qualified psychotherapists who have considerable experience in helping people navigate life’s challenges

We know how difficult it can be to find a suitable therapist, so our aim was to build a team that will allow you to feel reassured, safe and comfortable in starting and progressing therapy

Meet the Team

We don't believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach - and that's why we're Integrative Psychotherapists

As a practice of Integrative Psychotherapists, all of our therapists work with a variety of psychological models and constructs that are integrated into one customised intervention according to your individual needs. In other words, your therapist will tailor different approaches to fit around who you are and what you need.

At the practice, you will find a non-judgemental, compassionate, collaborative partnership in your therapist, someone who will empathically and proactively explore and make sense of the problems you are struggling with, and work towards finding the clarifications you've been looking for.

The team offers both short term and long term therapy. Short courses are typically 6 - 12 weeks. Longer term or open-ended therapy is for clients who would benefit from more in-depth work.

We only work with experienced therapists; practitioners who can confidently support
and advise you.
