Hi! I'm Penny, it's lovely to meet you
Who Am I?
I am a registered, qualified Psychotherapist, Nutritionist and Naturopathic Practitioner.

And therefore, I offer a unique, holistic and functional approach to your mental and physical health struggles.
What does that mean?

A happy mind and a healthy life is about your mind, thoughts, emotions and relationships (past and present), but it is also about your micronutrient intake, gut microbiome diversity, metabolic sensitivity and neurotransmitter status - and I'm here to educate and empower you to help re-build your mental, emotional and physical health.

I am passionate about the interconnectedness of the mind and body. My approach utilises effective psychological approaches alongside evidence-based natural methods, including personalised nutrition, supplement prescriptions and lifestyle recommendations.
I seamlessly blend my psychotherapeutic and nutritional medicine approaches, and aim to use my wide breadth of knowledge and training to deliver effective and sustainable therapeutic paths forward for my clients.

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, and bespoke nutrition packages. I work full-time in-person and online.

Alongside my expertise, I bring wholehearted interest in who you are and the story you bring, unreserved compassion, no judgement, and a commitment to support you.
I have over ten years of experience in both the NHS and private practice in helping adults and young people with all kinds of difficulties, including mental health challenges such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, family struggles, perfectionism, low energy, ruminating thoughts, as well as physical health challenges such as PCOS, fatigue, weight gain, and IBS.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist with a PGDip in Integrative Psychotherapy and an Advanced Diploma in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I have trained in several psychological models and techniques and I customise my approach according to the client's individual needs. My practice was born from the desire to help people feel fulfilled, empowered and autonomous in their lives.
Seven years of professional psychological training has provided expertise in both short and long-term models, allowing me the ability to draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches in my work, including Cognitive-Behavioural, Person-centred therapy, Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Counselling for Depression (CfD).
Given the depth and scope of my training, I have the ability to apply different approaches dependent upon what's most helpful to you. In this way, my practice fits around who you are and what you need.
